Van begin januari af tot 15 februari zijn er zeven keer meer meldingen bij het Agentschap Wegen en Verkeer geweest over beschadigingen aan de Vlaamse wegen dan in dezelfde periode één jaar geleden.

Avant: entretiens d'embauche axés surtout sur les connaissances / Pour certaines interviews (cf Edison): il fallait littéralement être une sorte d'encyclopédie sur patte pour espérer se faire embaucher.
Actuellement: entretiens plutôt axés sur le non-verbal / l'expression faciale / l'impression générale qu'on dégage même lorsqu'il s'agit d'un entretien en visio (une interview vidéo) / être en somme Skypegénique ...

- Intéressant pour les entreprises qui étendent leurs activités outremer et qui désirent recruter;
- Les interviews en vidéo avec des outils comme Skype: intéressantes pour mener des entretiens d'embauche en webcam (parfois précédés de présentations vidéo que les candidat(e)s envoient - idéalement avec leur CV "classique"); le tout permettant à l'employeur de mieux les "appréhender".

Non. On estime qu'une confrontation en face à face entre l'employeur et le / la futur(e) candidat(e) doit rester d'application surtout pour les fonctions à haut niveau (importance du non-verbal / attitude générale / poignée de main / manière de se déplacer...).

4.Quelques astuces:
- Ne pas négliger son environnement / penser à l'arrière-plan (neutre de préférence)
- Vérifier l'éclairage afin de se doter en tant qu'interviewé(e) d'un contour avantageux.
- S'habiller comme lors d'une interview classique en face-à-face, en veillant à respecter le code vestimentaire propre à l'entreprise...
- Réduire l'image sur l'écran pour éviter de se regarder  / regarder plutôt le recruteur dans les yeux (du moins essayer)
- Tester son matériel au préalable (webcam; microphone; enceintes) en appelant un ami pour s'assurer qu'on peut voir et entendre et être vu(e) et entendu(e)...

1 La route et l'allée des jardins où les gens pouvaient garer leur voiture ont déjà disparu...
2 Non. Rien n'est envisagé par les autorités...  Installer des défenses ou protections anti-érosion: trop coûteux! Et  les subventions octroyées pour aider les gens à procéder à la démolition de leur maison ont été considérablement revues à la baisse: à peine 6000 livres sterling -  somme trop insuffisante!
3  - Les maisons ne valent plus rien du tout.   - Les habitants risquent de tout perdre (et les 6000 livres qu'on daigne leur octroyer sont trop insuffisantes). - Janet ne sait pas où elle pourrait bien aller vivre une fois sa maison détruite ou emportée par l'érosion de la falaise / Elle aurait souhaité laisser sa maison à ses enfants...

Les enseignants sont continuellement confrontés à l'hétérogénéité de leurs classes qui englobent des élèves  tous différents les uns des autres quant à leurs dispositions, motivations, styles et rythmes d’apprentissage, niveau des connaissances, intérêts...

Si, lors d'un cours classique, en frontal, le professeur se concentre sur les élèves les plus en difficulté, les autres s’ennuient. En revanche, s’il interroge les plus forts, ce sont les faibles qui décrochent et se démotivent davantage.

Une solution au problème : mettre en place une pédagogie différenciée sous la forme d’ateliers en self-access en classe et  assurer la continuité pédagogique grâce à un blog tel que celui-ci sur lequel seront postées régulièrement des activités axées sur les compétences linguistiques.   

Avantages:

1. Susciter la motivation du plus grand nombre possible d’élèves
2. (Re)dynamiser les plus faibles sans nuire à la motivation des plus forts; prendre en compte les intérêts, les besoins, les rythmes et styles d’apprentissage et les acquis de chacun
3. Inciter les apprenants à assumer eux-mêmes leurs choix, à prendre des initiatives, à devenir autonomes , à s'autoévaluer (évaluations formatives!)
4. Accomplir des tâches linguistiques centrées sur les aptitudes à développer en fonction des envies et des intérêts du moment
5. Aider à acquérir le sens des responsabilités et apprendre le respect à plusieurs niveaux (consignes ; matériel mis à disposition, respect des autres qui évoluent dans le même espace…)
6. Développer une cohérence ou continuité entre les stratégies développées dans les ateliers et les cours en tronc commun ; susciter une appréhension différente de la langue en dehors de la classe à l'aide du blog comme outil complémentaire
7. Développer une approche pédagogique différente des méthodes classiques
8. Redonner confiance et permettre de s’aménager des temps de travail individuel ou collectif
9. S'octroyer grâce au blog un moment supplémentaire de pratique de la langue (continuité en dehors de l'espace-classe) et mieux se préparer aux épreuves à caractère sommatif.
